Public disclosure can weaken a project owner's negotiating position and expose commercially valuable information. For this reason, many opportunities are introduced through trusted industry networks rather than openly advertised.Detailed information is shared only after investor qualification and the appropriate confidentiality agreements.
ARMECY protects confidential project information and the identities of investors and project owners through clearly defined security and disclosure procedures:· Anonymized Blind Teasers: Initial project presentations exclude project names, ownership details, exact locations and other identifying information.· Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Confidential information is shared only after the required confidentiality agreements have been signed.· Controlled Data Rooms: Sensitive technical, financial and legal documents are made available through controlled document access.· Restricted Access Permissions: Only authorized and approved parties can access confidential information relevant to their involvement.· Investor Qualification: ARMECY verifies investors and assesses their investment criteria before granting access to further project details.ARMECY controls each stage of information disclosure, ensuring that sensitive details are shared only with the appropriate parties.
